I needed to get a light socket changed. I put in my yelp request at 4am and by about 5am I had a response from Jose. He asked a few questions and based on my response, I was told that the fixture itself needed to be replaced (i got this same recommendation from other responders).
I asked for a recommendation re: fixtures and I did receive a store recommendation from Jose. I set up an appointment, then Jose reached back out to let me know he had earlier availability, which worked out perfectly.
Throughout the interaction Jose was very responsive and professional. The job was done very quickly, and everything works nicely.
I got a very reasonable price and I am happy with the results.
